Tim Schmoyer // Husband to Dana, father to Hannah, youth pastor, blogger at http://www.studentministry.org
On November 21 the local network of youth pastors is hosting a dodgeball tournament between our youth groups. It's gonna be a blast! I finalized the registration packet tonight after getting feedback from some of the other youth pastors and officially sent it out. Here it is, in case anyone else wants to see it.
I've been working on creating a different intro for my blog's videos since the current one is outdated and has the wrong domain name in it. I've created two different intros and would like your feedback on which you like better. Watch them both and vote below. Thanks!
Since I've been sick all week, I made a new intro for our youth group video announcements. I love it! Thinking about modifying it for other youth groups for about $75, but I'm not sure yet. Might wanna keep this one just for us.
Hannah is surprisingly good with sitting in front of the computer with me. When she's fussy, I'll bring her in front of the computer with me and she's pretty content. That's a good sign that she's gonna be a nerd like her daddy. :)
Yes, the classic line from Zoolander, "I think I'm getting the black lung, pop." lol That's what Hannah's cough sounds like. Makes me smile every time.

Although I've primarily used Macs for the past couple years, today was my first time to use Apple Care. I guess that's a good thing.
Having been the I.T. guy for a company while in seminary, I know what it's like to have to call Microsoft for support, too. My experiences with each are pretty glaringly different. Microsoft: Hold time is typically 10 minutes to an hour.Hannah learned to talk by the age of 10 weeks old and her first words are to the grandparents. :)
(If you wanna know how Dana and I did this, keep your eye on studentministry.org. It's so easy.)
A blog reader created a list of the past 145 Freebie Fridays at StudentMinistry.org as a reference he uses to check for youth ministry resources as the need arises in his ministry. He sent it to me for anyone else to use, too. Here ya go!
Thanks, Benjer McVeigh!
