My to-do list before leaving for #SYMC2010 on Thursday
I'm loosing track of everything I need to do in the next 3 days before leaving for the Simply Youth Ministry Conference on Thursday morning. Hopefully this helps me keep track of it.
- Book: format it, finish getting written permission from people I've quoted in it, proof-read it with a fine-tooth comb, submit it in it's final form on Wednesday.
- SYMC: put together my talk outlines for my two seminars, "Communicating with teens and parents throughout the week" and "Deep and Wide Youth Ministry" with Jason Lamb. Also gotta connect with Ian Robertson about our Haiti late night option on Sunday. And I need to send out welcome emails to mentees who have been accepted into the Youth Ministry Mentorship Program and get the last couple unassigned mentees squared away. Then I contact SYMC with the final names so they can bill them for the mentorship. Finally, I need to register myself and other team members from my church for our pre-conference seminars.
- Church: Got a bunch of communication things to do about mission trip deadlines, winter retreat, and cancelations for this weekend. Plus, I still haven't submitted last month's receipts. Also, my church cell phone won't power on, so I'm gonna have to file an insurance claim to get a new one.
Whew, okay cool, that helped me sort it all out in my head. Time to get crackin'.
